No iPads were delivered this morning. Apparently there were 30 people lined up before opening.
Me, I just got up at 5:15 and arrived 45 minutes or so before opening, so at least I didn't lose too much sleep.
So while waiting for my service appointments I went ahead and ordered an iPad online. Which I can always cancel if I happen to come across one in the next few weeks.
Worst of all, they admitted my computer for hospitalization so they can replace the hard drive. See, this is why I need the iPad. I could do virtually no work today.
It should be ready in the morning, which gives me one more excuse to go down there and stalk them ...
